Abstract
This case describes the problems besetting Sichuan Cuihong Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Cuihong") in its development. As a food company specializing in spicy seasonings, Cuihong entered into a period of rapid growth by providing customized spicy solutions for restaurant chains like Haidilao. However, as the company continued to expand, it encountered problems such as a lack of coordination in the process of bringing a product to market and slow product development and innovation. In 2023, the first year of the company's second five-year plan, the co-founder Liu Cui resolved to drive both organizational and business growth. She was wondering, "Where should I start? What is the root problem that has the most significant impact on corporate growth?"
