DM公司的隐忧,是在企业特定生命周期中表现出来的普遍现象。根据伊查克·爱迪思的企业生命周期理论,DM公司已经度过了以产品为导向的婴儿期,正在经历以市场为导向,更确切地讲是以销售为导向的学步期。
