Abstract
POOK Technology is a comprehensive brand management company. In 2018, the company initiated a digital transformation, aiming to achieve flexible and efficient operations by introducing the Amoeba management model. However, challenges remained due to a lack of technology and tools. In 2022, the founder, Yu Yong, encountered ChatGPT-3 and realized that this technology could help solve the issue of knowledge empowerment. POOK successfully applied AIGC (Generative AI) across multiple areas, including design, planning, and customer service, by using precise task decomposition and quantitative management to achieve efficient knowledge reuse and automated operations. Simultaneously, the company further deconstructed and optimized the Amoeba organization to better align with AI capabilities fully embedded in the workflow. As AI technology gradually became the core driver of productivity, POOK saw a significant increase in internal productivity and also developed the potential for external services, leading to a strategic option of gradually building industry infrastructure.
