The School will launch the CEIBS Center for Organizational Growth and Talent Development effective January 22, 2025. This new Center will strike a balance between the depth of Chinese insights and the breadth of international perspectives in the creation and dissemination of knowledge. It will broaden enterprises' cognitive horizons and enhance practical capabilities in strategy, organizational growth, and talent development. It will also harmonize technology-driven innovation with people-centered sustainable development in enterprises. The Center will operate in alignment with the School's existing research centers, under the leadership of Prof. Han Jian.
