Abstract

In Case B, the consulting teams made presentations about the potential Staffing Model Project for Lilly’s HR team, and Lilly’s China Management Committee (CMC), Lilly’s senior management team, also listened to the final presentation to answer questions of how to attract and select the company’s targeted talent. To provide a comprehensive picture of Eli Lilly China’s potential paths forward, the case explains the company’s recruitment methodology and describes the recommendations and the aspects of the recruitment needs.
