Tae-Yeol Kim(Ph.D., University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill) is Philips Chair in Management, CEIBS and serving the Department as Chair. Professor Kim is an Associate Editor at Human Relations. He has won many awards, such as 2017 Medal for Research Excellence, 2012 Research Excellence Award at CEIBS, and etc. His current research interests include creativity, leadership, proactivity, and person-environment fit. His papers have appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Human Relations among others.이덕로(연세대 경영학 박사)는 서원대학교 경영학과 교수로 현재 글로벌 경영대학장을 맡고 있다. 충북지방노동위원회와 중앙노동위원회의 조정담당 공익위원을 역임했다. 인적자원개발연구의 편집위원장과 한국경영학회의 Korea Business Review를 비롯한 다수 학술지의 편집위원을 맡았다. 관심분야는 유머, 창의성, 리더십 및 노사파트너십 등이며, 연구결과를 경영학연구, 사회학연구, 인사조직연구, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Creativity Research Journal, Personnel Review, Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Business Economics and Management 등에 게재했다.
