Abstract
This case study focuses on the rapidly growing catering industry in China and explores the field of compound condiment. It examines how Chongqing JuHui Food Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "JuHui") adopts a customized model to provide targeted and personalized compound condiment products to chain restaurant clients, and develops a customized B2B solution for hot pot soup base across the country. As JuHui's customized products and clients continue to grow, the company faces factors that constrain its development. In response, JuHui has adapted its business model to cater to the needs of large, medium, and small busienss customers, and to implement a differentiated development strategy. Due to a large number of product categories and demand after decade-long rapid growth and product expansion, JuHui faces challenges in production efficiency, capacity improvement, resource utilization, and internal management. As such, it is a critical challenge for JuHui to overcome these obstacles and maintain sustainable growth in the future.
