    William H. (Bill) Mobley is Professor of Management at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai where he teaches the MBA and EMBA leadership and strategic HR modules. He also serves as President and Managing Director of the Global Research Consortia (GRC), a consortium of multinational firms that sponsors organizational, I/O psychology and strategic talent management research in emerging markets by awarding grants to university faculty globally.

    Peter W. Dorfman is a full Professor and the Department Head of the Department of Management, NMSU. Dr. Dorfman’s research interests span both the human resources management and organizational behavior fields. His articles on leadership, cross-cultural management and employee discrimination have appeared in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management, Advances in International Comparative Management, and Advances in Global Leadership, among others. He is currently investigating the impact of cultural influences on managerial behavior and leadership styles. He has been a co-principal investigator of the Global Leadership and Organizational Behavioral Effectiveness (GLOBE) Research Project. In addition, he is an expert witness and consultant in employee discrimination and sexual harassment cases.
