Abstract
In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, Shenzhen's GDP has grown more than 10,000 fold. Huaqiangbei is the epitome of the industrial transformation and innovation that Shenzhen has seen in the last 40 years of development. Forty years ago, Huaqiang North Street was an ordinary street in Shenzhen. Due to China's reform and opening up, Huaqiang North gradually developed from a flat piece of land into the world-famous "China's first electronics street".
How did Huaqiangbei explore and develop? In the process of development, how many industrial upgrades and market transformations did the company experience? But all things that rise must eventually fall, even the explosive growth that Huaqiangbei experienced as it went from “no-name phone brands” during the rapid development of e-commerce and mobile Internet technology. With difficulties piling up, how should Huaqiangbei cope with new challenges and find new areas of strong growth?
