Abstract

KEENON Robotics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as KEENON Robotics) is an AI company specializing in smart unmanned delivery solutions. Founded in Shanghai in 2010 by Tong Li and others, the company initially focused on educational robots before transitioning to the development of service robots. With support from angel investors like Yunqi Partners, KEENON successfully created its first-generation meal delivery robot, "Peanut". The labor-intensive catering industry faces challenges due to rising labor costs and high employee turnover, leading to a demand for cost-saving solutions. Haidilao, a leading player in the catering sector, is an ideal target customer for KEENON's Peanut dinerbot. Service robots are considered advanced technological products. While industrial robots have been present in the commercial market for decades, with widespread applications and acceptance, service robots for daily life are relatively scarce, making them unfamiliar to people. KEENON's service robot represents a truly intelligent solution. However, introducing such a groundbreaking product into the commercial market poses significant challenges for KEENON as a technology-driven company. Key issues include determining pricing and fee structures, selecting appropriate sales channels, and effectively promoting the product to target customers in a market where meal delivery robots are not well-known.
