Abstract
Founded in 2005, CVTE first positioned itself as a TV component supplier developing industry-leading products based on independent innovation. Currently, it has been supplying its products to a variety of TVs with a total global market share of over 35%. In addition, it has been keeping closely with the rapid development of the industry and the changing needs of its users and has continuously tapped into new areas and developed new businesses. The company has incubated the interactive smart tablet brands "seewo" and "MAXHUB" for conference and education applications, respectively, and has established industrial leadership in both segments. Behind CVTE’s rapid development was crisis awareness of its management, which drove their constant pursuit of innovation. It also boasted unique supply chain management and organizational building capabilities. In 2018, operating revenue reached ¥16.9 billion, and management established a ¥100 billion milestone for sales revenue. However, there were huge challenges in making such breakthroughs.
