Abstract
In Case B, the consulting teams made presentations about the potential Staffing Model Project for Lilly’s HR team, and Lilly’s China Management Committee (CMC), Lilly’s senior management team, also listened to the final presentation to answer questions of how to attract and select the company’s targeted talent.
